I have used many things other than the three levels of self-awareness.
The three is a good one to have, but in a lot of cases, you will need the other two. Sometimes you just can’t go back to two, and as I said, it is very possible that you will need to use the other two as well.
The goal of self-awareness is to be aware of your own habits, routines, impulses, and reactions. The first two, though, are about knowing what you want and how to get it. The next two, though, are about making sure you are aware of the decisions you are making on a day-to-day basis. This is the part of your life where you will need lots of self-awareness to function effectively.
The point is to use these two skills to your advantage and not rely too much on them. If you are not taking care of yourself in a good way, you will quickly start to miss out on those two skills.
In the final lesson of this page, I’m going to say that the best way to learn these two skills is through practice. I’m going to teach you how to practice your meta-cognition, and how to do this effectively, through making a list of ten things you want to do and how to get them, or maybe even better, how to get them in the very short time you have.
If you want to get better at your meta-cognition, you should try to create a list of ten things you want to do. If you just keep coming up with random ideas you can’t get, you are not going to do them well. For example, you can’t be a great dancer without practicing first. A great dancer can’t just practice dancing.
The first thing on your list should be getting more exercise. You should also make a list of ten things you want to do that you cant get in a very short amount of time. If you have to do them in the span of a minute, it is not going to work. If you can do them in ten seconds, it is not going to work.
The same thing goes for the other list items. If you cant get them in a very short amount of time, you are not going to do them well.
One last thing to think about is that you don’t have to do all of these things at the same time. If you can do ten things in ten seconds, do them all at the same time and you will not only do them well, you will also get all the benefits of this routine.
