It feels so good to go down the mountain. The last thing you want to think about is the fact that it is a downhill. This is the most common misconception about skiing, and it is one that makes us feel so uncomfortable.

For the record, snowboarding is not dangerous, but it is something that I wouldn’t encourage my friends to do. I know some of my friends who are snowboarders, and they are as safe as they come.
