Cris christenson is one of those celebrity chefs who has a unique and delicious take on a classic recipe. Cris’s recipes are not only delicious; they are memorable. Cris’s menu includes the likes of chicken parmesan, bologna, and even fish and chips.
Like many chefs, Cris’s recipes are a mix of familiar classics and his own creativity. For example, one of his most famous recipes is the beef bourguignon, which is basically steak and a brown gravy. Cris also makes an Italian-American version of the chicken parm, which is one of my all-time favorites. You can see Cris at his blog, Cris’s Kitchen.
Cris is one of the most talented chefs that I know. He is also one of the first chefs to have a restaurant named after him, namely Cris’ Kitchen in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Cris’ Kitchen is one of my favorite restaurants (and one of the first to open in the new century) and I’m sure many of you have been there, too. You can read Cris’ recipe for the chicken parm here.
Cris is also probably my favorite person on here. I love that he is also a chef. Just last night he showed up to the restaurant with a bottle of wine and asked if I wanted some. He also told me his life story, and that is one of my favorites. He said that he was born in Italy and moved to the US at a young age. He said that he has lived in several different states over the years and is now running a restaurant in Santa Fe, NM.
